This is the perfect resource to complement your second grade Informational Writing Unit. Includes posters, graphic organizers, note taking pages and writing booklet pages. Students will work through a research project on Extreme Weather and write an informational book using their research. Also includes a student friendly Informational Writing checklist. This packet could easily be taught as a stand alone unit or to accompany your own mini lessons. All posters have color and Black and White versions!

This resource has been formatted using the using the new Easel Activities by TpT. I have already added answer boxes and directions. You can modify by adding your own directions, modifying my directions, adding or deleting answers boxes or pages. You will see the digital pages when you click “Open in Easel” on your product page.
