These Narrative Prompts are great for third graders learning to respond to different types of narrative prompts. Perfect practice for standardized tests like the Georgia Milestones. Students often are asked to write an ending for a story or rewrite a story with more details. This packet contains a paired passage that students will write an extended constructive response and six short narrative writing prompts. Students are given directions similar to ones they may encounter on a test. Also included is a graphic organizer and a student friendly 4-point rubric.
The prompt are included in two different versions, 3 prompts to a page for gluing into notebooks or full page prompts.
